Stofa: Wellington Street West
This restaurant by Jason Sawision had to be clean, bright and relaxed. The standalone converted house was the perfect location to create a unique personalized dining experience. Cambria Matte surface quartz bar top warms up the tactile experience at this bar. A peek-a-boo window was installed so diners can see into the bustling kitchen. The antique bronze on the chair legs is repeated inside the black drop pendant lights at the bar. Bold tones of green, turquoise, navy and cobalt blues can be found in the Imported Italian clay hexagon bar front tile. Laser cut screening adds an airy privacy divide between the dining nook and sommelier and server station. Herringbone wood tile covers the floor for a sophisticated yet durable flooring treatment.
