Ulya Jensen Interiors turned our vast historic loft office into the envy of all our clients. In the creative world, our clients have high expectations to visit an office where efficient work gets done AND it's a fun, entertaining space to meet and hang out. Our clients have said many times they would far rather come to our office to escape their grey cubicles. Ulya understood exactly the image and impression we needed to make AND that it still needed to be a space to work. She found ways to repurpose many of our existing pieces to fit with the new look and had sensible advice about budgeting that gave us confidence we were spending in the right places and getting the best design for our budget. She even got everyone to agree on the changes AND made it a fun process.

Ulya has worked with me on numerous projects in recent years - in each case, her unerring sense of colour and style have produced results that I am very proud of. In addition to superior design skills, she is also an excellent project manager - in every instance the project was concluded on time and within budget. She also has a sense of humor and relaxed management style that makes her delightful to work with. I very highly recommend Ulya and her team for any design project.

Several years ago, I watched a HGTV series entitled Home to Flip and was impressed by the designer who was very practical and had an amazing sense of style. Ulya designed spaces that were warm and inviting. I was thrilled when I googled her and found her in Ottawa. She assisted my husband and I with the renovation of our entire first floor as well as the main bathroom on the second floor. I highly recommend Ulya as she took the time to understand our taste and lifestyle and brought forward designs with that in mind. She was the most value-added resource in our project!
